Payroll
We offer payroll services including new payroll setup, registration of new employees with the Colorado New Hires Operation center, creating paychecks, submitting payroll tax deposit payments, and submitting payroll tax reports to the federal and state governments.
Sales Tax
We offer to file sales tax reports and payments to the appropriate entities and provide guidance on sales tax collection. Colorado has been making a lot of recent sales tax changes and we are committed to keeping educated about how those changes may or may not impact our Clients.
Subcontractors and Insurance Audits
We offer to collect IRS Form W9s from subcontractors and file the information as necessary with the State of Colorado. We can help you organize and monitor their certificates of insurance for liability and workers compensation and perform annual insurance audits.
Training and Learning
You're the expert at your business. We know accounting principles and practices. When we get together, it's a winning combination. We will provide training in QuickBooks to you if you want to get your hands dirty, or do the nitty gritty so you don't have to. We will listen and learn from you to better understand your goals. Together, we'll find solutions.
Year-End Accounting
We perform a review of annual financial data and enter year-end closing entries. We will work with your tax preparer to ensure they are working with accurate figures for tax preparation purposes.
